Ronova skirt review

Ronova is a new local brand in Los Angeles (a post about my visit to the store will be coming soon~!) that fits the lolita aesthetic.

I will be reviewing one of their skirt/petticoats. Yes, you read that right, their skirts can be used as petticoats too!! But I will get to that in a bit~!

Here is the super cute bag. If you didn't know, Bling Up!, BB & B, and Ronova are by the same designer, Su!

Here is how the bag looks with all the fluff in it!!
The top is the tulle petticoat layer that comes separately.

Got some fliers too.

Something very important! How to take care of the skirt~!

On to the skirt!!
The skirt is pink glittery!
Here is how it looks under the white light of my room:

And here is under natural light from outside my window:

The skirt has a full elastic waist band so it can accommodate a wide range of sizes.
The material for the waist band and the upper part of the skirt is not the same as the one one the skirt is made of.

Here is a close up of bottom ruffles. The lace is cotton and with the shape of flowers. And as you can see, THE FABRIC IS GLITTERY!!

Below there are 4 layers of  white organza.

Now it comes the petticoat!!

Like I mentioned before, the petticoat came differently as is detachable.
You can attached it by tying up the strings on the loops attached to the skirt.

A key feature of their skirts is that they include bloomers! Since the skirts are marketed as petticoats as well, then why not have bloomers included? 2 in 1!! NO PANTSU SHOTS~!!lol

The bloomers are made of the same cotton material as the top part of the skirt near the elastic.

The ruffles on the bottom of the bloomers are of the same material as the rest of the skirt, the glittery fabric.

This is how the skirt looks like worn with the petticoat layer attached:

pink attitude!

ALL THE POOF FOR THAT MAGICAL LOOK!

I wore it for Sebastian Masuda's Time After Time Capsule event. The staff loved it!! And I got interviewed for Kawaii.i International.

Many thanks to Mambastic for the pictures!!
